I have came to see female aged 35 years having chest pain and breathlessness since 6 month with hypothyroidism. Since she had breathlessness even at rest done CAG and found surprisingly aorta arteritis with full blockage of both subclavian and caratoid arteries with triple vessel disease with 90%blockage. I have reached no of consultants for the treatment and good outcome for her.But everyone refused to do any surgery and tells to wait for death with medicine and advise to go AIIMS Delhi without immunosuppressive drugs.
After reaching AIIMS she had got appointment after 3 months .but these days she is waiting for better outcome and death if not. My question came through never die attitude of Indian doctors for available treatment modalities in India for aorta arteries
