85 years old male with metastactic prostate carcinoma from 10 years( underwent orchidectomy two years back) with malunited right I/T fracture with 4cm shortening sustained (?pathological) Evan's type 6 I/T fracture on left with a trivial injury( while trying to stand). Bone scan shows suspected metastatic disease on the right side. Bone scan and biopsy on left are equivocal. PSA level progressively rising.
3.6ng/l in september 2014, 8ng/l in march 2015. He is on antidepressants and bicalutamide 50mg od and has been life long alcoholic. height: 6' 2'' wt: 105kg
