Lymphatic filariasis is major public concern targeted for global elimination by 2020. Additional effect of triple-drug regimen (ivermectin, diethylcarbamazine, and albendazole) at the population level to achieve elimination targets with fewer rounds of mass treatment compared to standard two-drug regimen is a crucial.
