A 25 yr old lady presented for a second opinion. She was operated 2 years ago for a large right complex ovarian cyst of about 6 cms. Laparoscopy was attempted but nothing much could be done as there was dense adhesion with completely frozen pelvis. cyst was aspirated and was probably endometriosis (No document available, but gauging the patients history and description).
Thereafter, a year ago, she started taking treatment for infertility. 6 months back, she had 2 cycle of OI with clomiphene.( No proper documents were available but pt says there wasnt any cyst as such in the middle when she was taking treatment for infert.) Thereafter, scan showed bilateral cysts of approx 5-7 cms, which has now become 9 cm in one ovary and 12 cm in the other (complex cysts). on examination, mass is palpable upto 24 weeks.
