Dear friends, Please opine, Pt came to me with previous report of ASC-H cervix I did a repeat LBC & HPV DNA analysis for her. Incidently, she is 5-6 wks pregnant. LBC is negative for any IEL or malignancy but HPV DNA is strongly positive.

Please suggest ,should I proceed for a colposcopic guided biosy or just follow her up. Your suggestions will be valuable for me.
