In UAE, an unusual rise in the number of flu cases has been witnessed this year even before the arrival of winter. Noticeable difference in the symptoms has also been identified this season. According to a general practitioner at Emirates Hospital Day Surgery, a 70 percent increase in flu cases has been observed this year. Such a rise in flu patients has been witnessed since September.
