One of my Patient is suffering with ulcerative colitis and had been diagnosed accordingly with colonoscope and biopsy of the bowel and he is on treatment with immunomodulators like cyclosporin, infliximab and other supportive medicine. But surprisingly when she goes to village,she will not have medicines,she will have free normal bowles with out the need of any medication. This is happening five to six times.
Is there any relation, or it simply remission. If remission, why it should happen when ever she goes into her place every time?
