A 80-year-old female was admitted because of abnormal weight loss of 5-10 kg in 1-2 months after Herpes infection. The patient complained of Loss of appetite. The typical herpes rash in dermatomal TH9 / TH10 was already healed and crusted. Ultrasonography was found as an incidental finding diffuse lesions of the liver and spleen. In abdominal CT, the lesions showed multiple hypodense lesions in the liver and spleen.
