I do not know about other trades or professions but I have observed over a period of time that a doctor is supposed to work tirelessly through out life whether to earn, excel or as a service to the humanity. It is a unique way of life where one can not get away, delay or postpone his advice or presence. When the doctor is relatively junior or in learning stages he or she is extremely busy and nobody even bothers to ask whether they are getting time to eat or have essential sleep. All would agree that passing various examinations is quite difficult and demanding.

Preparations for Post Graduation and later for super-specialisation is a Herculean task. After achieving above with great effort spending sleepless nights , a qualified doctor does not get absorbed in the job market automatically. That is a paradoxical enigma.
