A 76 year old man came with uncontrolled blood sugar with multiple anti-diabetics. His Blood sugar since the past one year was all on the high, ranging from FBS 180 PPBS 290 and he was on: Metformin 1000 BID, Ondero 5 mg OD, Voglibose 3mg BD, Injection Human Mixtard at 38 Units before Lunch and 28 before dinner.
What do you suggest? All other tests are currently within the normal range.
