P 0+0 presented for the first time today as 28 was preg with SLE with IUD (IUD diagnosed today morning) has been taking omnacortil, low dose heparin, Azaminoprine 150 mg, and ecosprin 75 mg and thyronorm 125 ug since last three months. These medicines stopped today only after diagnosis of IUD. Her Hb is 10 gm%.
Now want to induce labour. How long should I wait, as till yesterday she had taken ecosprin Beside routine investigations and PT PC Inr, apTT, S fibrinogen, what other investigations shud be done? Precautions to be taken during and after delivery?
