73 yr old man, H/P Ca prostate(treated for ame at present) c/o ataxia. BSL: PP 397 mg/dl Fasting : 178mg/dl Lente insulin 34IU in two divided doses.Plus Gmil P and 3 g metformin TDS.But no sugar control.Please suggest management
