The child vomited twice after ingestion and has been drooling and having difficulty in swallowing. The child refuses to drink and there are some red and white spots in his mouth. Examination Body temperature: 99.4, HR: 128bpm, RR: 31 breaths/minute, BP: 100/65mm Hg. He appears pale, agitated and crying.
