Man aged 31, came to clinic after 3 month history of unilateral nasal obstruction, swelling and sporadic, short periods epistaxis. There was a swelling of his right lateral nasal wall. On examination we found large, right-sided nasal polypoidal mass, which occluded most of right nasal airway.
Mucosa was smooth; but nasal septum was deviated significantly to the left side of the nose. Endoscopy of his pharynx, larynx and contra-lateral side of his nose was otherwise normal. What can be the right diagnosis for this?
