Health Expert: Dr Rohinder Lall is a former Ophthalmologist and HOD of Andaman government hospital. He has started the first eye-care hospital in Port Blair. He was awarded with prestigious National Society for the Prevention of Blindness (NSPB) award in the field of community ophthalmology in 2006 and the Lieutenant Governor's Commendation Certificate in 2007.
