Dear Doctors, A Patient walkied in my clinic 3 days ago after his engineering examination. On First day the patient complaint about sudden fever 103F with severe chills, Vomittings and uneasyness. I prescribed him paracetamol 650mg 1-1, Anti emetic 1-1, antacid before meals and ORS , also asked him to get hemogram, Malaria parasite and general Urine test done. Next day he came up with all the reports which were normal but complaint about sudden rise in rise and fall in body temprature, the body temprature in the morning till evening 7:00pm was normal but suddenly increased to 103-04F within few minutes.
(no pain in joints, vomits even after drinking water) The boy is young, Healthy with no history of typhoid, Jaundice previously. What should be the diagnosis, which else test should I come up with ?
