A patient Male 5 and half years, healthy, walks in my clinic along with parents on recommendation from a pediatric doctor nearby complaining about severe pain in index finger. Ortho findings didnot reveal anything, no fracture, no ligament problem nothing.

Initially I thought it was muscular pain so proper treatment was given but during and after the treatment there was no relief to the patient. Please discuss your findings and opinions
