In every service except medicine, the liability of service provider is limited and decided beforehand in case of any accident. Most will maximally refund the amount paid by the customer.

Why is it so that doctor can be made to pay in crores while taking just a few hundreds as consultation.. Shouldn't the liability of a doctor limited maximally to repayment of professional fees?????
