Three years old girl presented with infrequent minimal umbilical serosanguinous discharge, ultrasound and MRI showed an abdominal mass adjacent to the urinary bladder. Exploration revealed a 15 X 18 cm multiply lobulated mass arising from the dome of the bladder and attached to the umbilicus, excised completely.
Histopathology disclosed a rhabdomyosarcoma arising from the urachus.
