For a 85 year old man a cardiologist has prescribed Sorbitrate 2 tid,anxit.5 mg and Glimpride with metformin for his Diabetes.What puzzles me is added to this he has given Tryptomer 75 mg three times a day.The patient is perfectly normal( no psychological history).Is there any indication for Tryptomer in this patient?
