I have a 21 year old woman who came with retention of urine. She was unable to pass urine for over 24 hours and needed catheterization. All routine tests CBC, KFT, XRay KUB were normal. US Abdomen detected Cholelithiasis and no other significant findings. She was sent home with Oral Antibiotics and Alkalizer. She reported back with retention and an indwelling cather has been kept now for two days. No new findings.
No neurological signs or symptoms. What do you suggest? What further line of action should be taken up? Your experienced and expert suggestion will be most helpful. Thank You.
