Pls guide me in helping this patient. Today i got a patient with 1 n 1/2 month amenorrhoea with upt positive. Her BP is 200/ 140. Patient is very comfortable . doing all her work n also working in a dairy farm as a labourer. She has history of prev 7 months iufd that time also she was badly hypertensive as per details given by her.
Now wat should i do ? For termination she is not willung . I m thinking of getting baseline RFT,LFT ,Hb ,platelets, urine albumin. If all this comes out to be normal i can still think of continuing. Wat else to do?
