A patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint of RT mandibular swelling from past three months . CT scan reveals a well defined unilocular radiolucency in the right mandibular third molar region. An incisional biopsy was done and it came out to be an ameloblastoma.
The segmental resection was done under general anesthesia from first molar to ascending border of the ramus followed by reconstruction with mandibular 3-D printing prosthesis. The dental implant provision is given within the prosthesis which will be placed once healing period is over i.e. after two months.
