During my job as Neurosurgeon since 1987 in Central health services till Nov 2018, I designed a lot of instruments, devised Karam Chand method of Craniotomy (Google searchable) and few others surgeries on my name. I also added adjustable dura guard to trephines and made the surgery of brain by reducing cost by at least 50 times, so that it reaches to all towns and villages of India. I also reduced the need for instruments as in trephines craniotomy you just need my scalp retractor and trephine attached to Hudson brace or a motor I designed. I also trained 20 Neurosurgeons, expanded Neurosurgery dept.
