Hi I have a 5 years old patient. He has visited an Ophthalmologist and has Myopia. His number was right eye -3 and left eye -2. He has been advised to regularly wear spectacles which he is following.

Any suggestions or advice in such cases to prevent further progression. (He watches TV daily for one to two hours). Please comment.
