In any talk about measuring BP, always stress is laid to the point that different sized cuff should be used in obese or very thin built persons. But in practice ,it is rarely seen that any doctor using different sized cuffs to measure BP in different patients. To follow theguidelines ,I thought of trying this thing, But in the market, I could not find cuffs other than standard size.
Should we continue to use standard sized cuff in all or any body can tell about availability of other sizes.? or is there any other remedial measure?
