A 26yr old female p1L1A2 with bleeding pv since 1month. Patient had a h/o of semiparalysis 4yrs back and was on antidepressive for almost 2yrs. The pt. is healthy otherwise conceived by ovulution induction 5yrs back after which she had 2 abortion both followed by d and c. Last abortion was 1and half year back. Since 1yr her mensuration are nt regular and she took withdrawl twice. 2months back she took withdrawl after which she had 1cycle normal and now she is having on and off bleeding pv. On examination uterus and adnexa normal per speculum nothing specific. USG shows normal finding. I am giving her ethamslate plus trenexamic acid but no relief.
