Dear all,  Being a biochemist I frequently come across in my lab fasting glucose is more than 2-hour post prandial glucose. But many clinicians question the validity of such results. But I always insists that it can be nothing wrong in the result being like that as my Internal QCs are perfect on the day of testing and I know my results can't be wrong. Do any of you come across such results often?

If so how could you explain such a result? Thanks.
