A 17 yrs old boy with continuous headache since last 8 months, no vomiting, no vertigo, ophthal normal BP normal CT & MRI brain normal CSF normal EEG NORMAL Was on migraine treatment,  propranolol  n amitryptine along with nsaids      Still persistent headache......all reports done outside in last month are normal..... So what to do next??
