28 years walk in patient with 40.5 weeks pregnancy by NT scan with previous cesarean section 4 years back for fetal distress. She entered in my hospital as it's well known for poor people with less charges. She came with intension of C. Section and asked about charges. I did walk in tests for maternal and fetal wellbeing and after counselling induced her. Delivered vaginally within 36 hrs with 2.8 kg baby boy. Refused PPIUCD or PTL Went home uneventfully.
Now baby is 4 months old. I work in periphery and run 1 NGO under which I do all this work. Up till now I have done successful VBAC in many cases with or without induction... When I ask my patient about both deliveries experience... all of them praise normal delivery ,of course after 3 to 4 months of delivery....
