one of my female patients has been suffering from severe 'Vericose Vein' in her both legs up to both thigh. she is house wife. she told in her history that it is her heredity. her father, brothers and second child also have same disease.

I gave her some managements with medicines ,she got relief but again recures. I suggest her for surgery.( Brodie's trendelenburg operation) but she don't agree. in this stage what can I do!
