In our routine ENT practice, we see a lot of patients with complain of pain in throat and foreign body sensation in the throat. Sometimes despite extensive investigations and a lot of medicines and even psychiatrist consultation we didn't reach on diagnosis and proper management part of this annoying situation.

What to do for this kind of patients?
