Primigravida ,POG 38 weeks with chikungunya went into spontaneous labor and delivered a female baby.The baby had fever immediately after birth.Serology for chikungunia was positive.The baby also has symptoms of meningitis. Vertical transmission of Chikungunya is possible or not, please give your opinion.
