Vogt Koyanagi Harada(VKH) is a rather uncommon ophthalmic disorder a uveo meningeal syndrome characterised by bilateral granulomatous panuveitis with cutaneous and neurological manifestations.  Cutaneous manifestations are vitiligo and neurological are deafness and mental retardation these manifestations were described by Vogt confirmed by Koyanagi and Harada added to it  exudative  retinal detachment we have got three types of VKH type  Incomplete VKH 2 type  Complete VKH Probable VKH Share your views.
