In the era of surprises from demonetization to GST, now medical reform is yet another issue of one-sided debate. In my opinion, the reformers who intend to toss all possible stones on doctors and get NMC should have had few governments and private medical practitioners to audit and research on parameters that directly and indirectly would have an impact on current practitioners, hospitals, medical colleges and mostly future doctors and their medical education.

We cannot have a medical system which would keep changing its laws and structure with time If we are looking at licensing alternative medical practitioners or maybe quacks, then, we are definitely targeting the poor and underprivileged section of our society who are attracted towards cheaper solutions for their ailments and pushing them towards raw medical practice.
