In the event of Eye Donation Fortnight from 25 August to 8 September, t his video presents the implantation of Visian Toric ICL with CentraFlow technology in a 33 year old male patient who has high refractive error in both the eyes. This technology uses a small hole in the ICL optic to optmize the flow of the fluid in the eye which cancels out the need of iridotomy. Preoperatively, all the necessary eye examinations are done including Keratometry readings, Cycloplegic refraction, Corneal white to white diameter using calipers. Horizontal axis of the eye is marked with slit lamp for referencing so that the ICL can be implanted.
