Gastroparesis affects about 40% of the patient of type1 diabetes and up to 30% patients with type 2 diabetes. It is evident that gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a major complication of gastroparesis that can prevent or impair the standard treatment in diabetic patients. Therefore, there is a great need for an optimal therapeutic strategy that addresses both these conditions simultaneously. According to recent clinical data, p roton pump inhibitors (PPIs) have been reported to provide the greatest efficacy in controlling GERD in diabetic patients with gastroparesis. Biocon   and  Docplexus  had an interactive webinar on 23 rd August 2017  at  3 :0 0 pm .
