AYUSH doctors are demanding & fighting in courts to practice modern medicine. In many states, courts are also allowing them to practice modern medicine and they are treating all type of diseases & all specialty cases existing in the world without any restrictions, unlike MBBS/MD doctors who cannot treat any speciality cases. At the same time, courts are not allowing modern medicine doctors like MBBS/MD to treat specialty cases !!!
Here, courts are allowing AYUSH doctors to practice an entirely different system of medicine, on the other hand, courts are not allowing MBBS/MD doctors to practice the same system of medicine. Why are they failing these MBBS doctors in theory & practical exams for making mistakes in cardiology or neurology cases? What could be the reason that the Association of Physicians of India (API) not fighting for this judgment?
