Have a patient Mrs. Xxxx, 24yrs/F, came to ER in an unconscious state with BP - 170/120 mm Hg. BP came to normal with Methyldopa and Nifedipine.. On investigation - Severe hyponatremia and hypokalemia.. Poor oral intake for the past 2 days, stopped antihypertensive treatment for 2 days which was prescribed for 15 days at GH.. Patient had a very long history.. Developed burning sensation of both feet with generalised weakness during her 2nd trimester..

Hb - normal.. BP normal till delivery..
