A 30 years old boy complaining of black rounded pox-like lesions developing on body sparsely distributed one or two on each arm and legs, back, abdomen, lately he has developed on the lower lip with a concave surface. No history of travel, hotel stay. Can we diagnose clinically?

An infection? Or Deficiency disease Or Drug allergy
