37 years old male with complaints of tinnitus right ear for 2yrs. Tinnitus is continuous in nature and not associated with hearing loss. He has severe right side DNS. He has right sided vocal polyp.

Routine blood tests are all normal. Grommet insertion is done 3months back but grommet got extruded laterally and was removed after 2 weeks. After this tinnitus said to have decreased in intensity but persisting. What can be the cause of tinnitus?
