A 40-year-old woman presented to a general physician with a history of fibromyalgia. She was diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma and underwent thyroidectomy before one month.

Shortly after the surgery, she developed muscle cramps, tingling, stiffness and leg spasm.
