A male aged 22 came to my opd with complaints of early morning facial puffiness, and occasional puffiness after sleep,non hyertensive non dm, normal thyroid function,renal,cbc and aec counts are normal, duration of symptoms are 2 weeks, so what could be the probable cause and what drugs i should prescribe?
