I am working in Government sector as a Medical Officer. Recently I have come across many specialist's prescriptions through my own organization members who had consulted them. It was surprising that their prescriptions were not up to the mark even if would have been written by a 5 grader. I even checked their names in MCI directory online but couldn't find them. In other words, they are all fake and practicing as Specialist.
I even interacted with one of them and found my assumption to be true. My question is how to stop these people from playing with people's life. Why is MCI not accepting complaints against fake doctors and why Clinical Establishment Act is made to harass genuine doctors?
