The baby was born with LSCS. He cried immediately after the delivery. He was put on an exclusive BF. After 12 hours, the baby was shown to a Paediatrician for a No milk complaint by the mother. The mother was worried. The baby had passed the urine and meconium twice. Paediatrician prescribed baby milk powder 10-12 ml to be taken every two hours. Since then the baby started to vomit repeatedly.

Paediatrician was again consulted. He said it was normal and the powder causes burping. The parents were still very upset and not satisfied. The Paediatrician advised to start IV fluid and shift the patient to another hospital. No evidence of dehydration, sepsis or hypoglycemia. I was called to give my opinion. Please give your opinion and management. Thanks.
