My son graduated in MBBS from Deemed University in Pune and he got MCI registration also. He completed his post-graduation from the same university. Due to political problems that college is closed. Now my son wants to practice in India as a general surgeon. What to do to get registration from MCI.
MCI refuse to register u/s 26 of the IMC Act, 1956. Please help my son and likewise, almost 20 students from India are waiting to practice in India as a consultant, without MCI registration they can not do any specialist post-graduate certification course also. Can anybody highlight what is 26 IMC Act? Is there any amendment after 1956 Act?
