A 60-year-old male with a case of type 2 diabetes mellitus is on insulin and teneligliptin, CABG done in 2010, now on regular treatment. He is having recurrent episodes of rise in the TLC levels. His blood culture and urine culture are negative, chest X-ray and ultrasound are normal.

TLC levels respond very well to antibiotics, but as soon as we stop antibiotics, again there is a significant rise in TLC within few days which is progressive. What is the next level of management?
