A 5-year-old male child brought with c/o fever, excessive irritability and sticky discharge from the right eye. On ophthalmic examination, right eye shows hypopyon. O/E: Febrile/Pale HR-110, RR-28, BP 100/70, S/E: NAD Investigations: CBC- TLC 19000, HB7.2, Platelets 756000 (Neutro 55%, Lympho40%), ESR -22. The child started with IV antibiotics, topical antibiotic & steroid eye drops but fever still persists & he is unable to open right eye.

The child is not allowing to capture eye image. What should be the management of unilateral hypopyon? Share your opinion.
