i saw a patient who presented to me with Initial S. billirubin 11 , SGPT 3800, He was Hepatitis A virus IgM Positive. after conservative treatment his SGPT came down to normal level in 20 days. But now his billirubin is 40 mg/dl ( Direct 36 and Indirec 4) USG abdomen shows Changes of liver parenchymal Disease. Vitally patient is very stable, diet is normal.
but with severe jaundice. now what can be the diagnosis of this patient? Advise me what Investigation i should do? What is further managment of this patient? Udiliv is already started
