A 25 years woman c/o cough when she was pregnant seven months, no response with treatment of gynaec doctor, she passed time with drinking hot water for two months and delivered normally healthy baby. Now seven months passed she is coughing badly without relief from any treatment. CBC, LFT, TFT, RFT, Gastroscopy, URINE, lipid Profile, all other tests were done, found normal. Only VIT D IS 11.2NG, B12 =542 mcg.
ESR AND MT not done. Referred for S. ACE LEVEL, MT, ESR, looking at X-RAY attached. What would you like to advice for further treatment?
